Deal Summary

We at Positive Commercial Finance are thrilled to have facilitated a £26 million loan to the renowned property developer, FLPG, for their upcoming residential development project in the heart of Salford. The development, called Pavilion Wharf, will consist of a stunning 17-storey tower with 160 luxurious residential units, ranging from 1 to 3 bedrooms.

The modern and stylish apartments have been designed to meet the high expectations of the local market, featuring top-of-the-line specifications and premium amenities. The ground floor will boast a state-of-the-art gymnasium, residents’ lounge, co-working spaces, concierge services, and a dedicated post room. The gated car park will provide 14 parking spaces for residents’ convenience.

Furthermore, the development will offer a beautiful communal landscaped area with trees, plants, and integrated seating, as well as a south-facing galleried steps to the river Irwell tow path.
