Deal Summary

 

Our experienced property development and Investment client had found an industrial estate for sale which he wanted to add to his portfolio.

 

He approached us to see if we could find a lender who would help him buy the property, although he remained doubtful as to what might be available given the current “climate”.

 

We carried out some due diligence on the property and an analysis of the tenants & leases, enabling us to present a fully detailed summary to the lenders we knew would be interested in the deal.

 

Our client was pleasantly surprised that we were able to obtain numerous offers for him ranging from High St Banks to Challenger banks. He opted for a part repayment, part interest only deal which meant he would benefit from a lower interest rates compared to an Interest Only deal.
