Deal Summary

We were referred to a client who was looking to purchase a semi-commercial property.

The client had become frustrated with a perceived lack of interest shown by lenders due to his lack of experience and personal assets. Despite having a healthy deposit amount, our client lived in rented accommodation & this combined with him being a first-time landlord meant lending options would be limited.

As we have access to a broad range of lenders, we were quickly able to identify the relevant lenders and ultimately got a loan agreed with a lender who took a pragmatic view to the risk, meaning our client was able to complete on the purchase and start what will hopefully become a decent property portfolio.
