Deal Summary

Client had been offered some land in Liverpool with planning for 44 apartments. The site was “ready to go” and the developer could start the build immediately.

Our client approached us for a 100% funding option, given he had 3 schemes on the go at the same time, and as such did not have any free cash to exploit this opportunity.

The scheme had a GDV of close to £8m and with a very strong profit on GDV, the developer felt this was an opportunity too good to miss.

Positive Commercial Finance sourced a 100% funding option for the client which will return a 60% share of the net profits back to the client, with having no cash input into the deal whatsoever.
