Development Finance - Completed Deals


Contrary to popular belief, development finance is available in the UK for developers who can show experience and a good track record. Schemes must generally show a return on costs of at least 25%.
We have recently arranged funding for:
- A development of 4 houses in the North West. A facility of 70% of GDV was provided, which equated to 90% of costs.
- Refinance of a part-complete development of 8 apartments in the Midlands. A facility of 50% of GDV was provided to enable completion of works.
- A development of 3 houses in the South. A facility of 65% of GDV was arranged, which equated to 93% of costs.
- A development of student accommodation in the North. A facility of 55% of GDV was offered, which equated to 75% of costs.
