Asset Finance

Paying cash outright for any capital asset can be a significant drain on resources. Asset Finance involves a comparatively small initial outlay followed by fixed monthly payments which helps to smooth out the financial peaks and troughs. In essence you can fund the asset from the revenue it brings in as it is put to work. It’s an alternative financing method which leaves you with total control to use funds for growth, refinance, purchasing or whatever.

Asset finance is available on almost anything (both new and used) valued from £5k up to £25m, including low value assets, for example, IT, software and office furniture and can be a very tax efficient way of raising money. Up to 100% of the value of the asset is available in some circumstances, and you can get a decision in 24 hours.

A range of options offer a flexible funding solution for small to medium sized companies, including new-starts and even loss-making companies across a spread of industries.

Facilities can include HP, leasing, vehicle finance, plant and machinery finance, professional finance (for self-employed professionals), refinance of existing assets, MBIs/MBOs and cash flow finance.

We can also arrange Asset Vendor Schemes for businesses selling to businesses. This is ideal if you would like to sell goods to businesses on credit and increase turnover and profit, whilst giving you a commission on the back of the finance raised.

Stock Finance
Stock Finance is only generally available as an add-on to a Factoring or Invoice Discounting facility. It is not available as a stand-alone product.

If you carry lots of stock which is giving rise to cash-flow problems, you can free some of the cash tied up to develop your business. You retain full control of your stock management and control procedures. Suitable for manufacturing, wholesale/ distribution and commodities, Stock Finance can run alongside existing facilities to give you a flexible, medium term funding facility on eligible stocks.

A facility can be up and running within 5 working days in some circumstances.
